By creating an account or using AnFinAi (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

AnFinAi lets you upload bank-statement PDFs to convert them into spreadsheets and generate financial analysis, insights, and reports using automated and AI-assisted tools. We also offer free, browser-based utilities (the "Free Tools").

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 16 years old. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans (Plus and Pro), billed monthly or annually. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

• You can cancel at any time; you keep paid features until the end of the current period, after which the account reverts to the free plan.
• If a renewal payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, paid features end and the account moves to the free plan.
• Plan limits (such as monthly page allowances) reset at the start of each calendar month.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it in good faith.

The Free Tools are provided for convenience and run entirely in your browser. They are offered "as is" without warranty, and we may change or remove them at any time.

AnFinAi provides informational analysis only. Its outputs — including AI-generated insights and recommendations — may contain errors and are not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Always verify important figures and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AnFinAi and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the data and documents you provide, and you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnFinAi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
